Recording studio booking software for rooms, engineers and clients

Recording studio booking software has one job: make sure the right room and the right engineer are free at the same time, and that nobody else can take that slot. BookStudioNow keeps every room on one calendar that updates for the whole team within a second. Each session carries its room, its engineer and its client, and a room you mark as exclusive simply refuses a second booking.

Rooms and engineers in one place

A booking holds the room, the time and everyone working it: engineer, assistant, producer. The calendar warns you when one of them is already on another session or away that day, before anything is saved. Switch to the per-room view to see the whole building side by side.

Hold a slot before the client confirms

Clients often want a day held while they check budgets. Pencil it in until a set time: nobody else can take the slot, and if nobody confirms it, it frees itself. Setup and pack-down time per room keeps a gap after each session, and the free-slot search leaves that gap too.

Clients see their own sessions only

Give a client or a freelance engineer their own account. They see their sessions in full and every other booking only as “Booked”, so other artists and projects stay private. Their phone calendar can follow along through a private link.

Hours you can bill and pay

Engineers can start, pause and finish a session with a timer, or the booked length counts. Monthly hour budgets per person and reports for each room show how busy the studio really was.

Questions

Can two sessions be booked in the same room by mistake?
Not in a room you mark as exclusive: the server refuses the second booking, however it was made. Shared rooms can warn instead.
Can I keep a slot for a client who hasn't confirmed yet?
Yes. Pencil it in until a date and time. It is held for you, and if nobody confirms it, it frees itself.
Can a client see other artists' sessions?
No. Clients and freelancers see their own sessions in full and everything else only as “Booked” with a time.
