There's no sign-up form, because we set up every studio together with its owner.

Write to us
A short message is enough: your studio's name, how many people and how many rooms. We create the account and set up the rooms, usually the same day.
- Day 1
Invite your team
You give each person a temporary password. On first sign-in they choose their own and scan a QR code with their phone. No links in e-mails.
- Day 1+
Work from one calendar
The whole team works from one calendar. Freelancers get the schedule on their phone, and you see hours and room usage without adding anything up.

What a studio uses every day.
One calendar for every room
See the whole studio's week at once. Drag a session to a new time, and if the room is taken, the calendar tells you straight away.
Changes show up instantly
Anna moves a session and Marek sees it a second later. No refreshing, no asking in the group chat whether the schedule is up to date.
Everyone sees what they should
A freelancer sees their own sessions and everyone else's only as “Booked”. You decide who can book, and in which rooms.
Hours add up on their own
Every booking counts towards the person's and the room's hours as it happens. Nothing to copy into a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
The schedule on your phone
Sessions appear in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. The link works for one person only, and you can switch it off any time.
Safe accounts
Everyone signs in with a password and a code from their phone. Access is restored by your studio's administrator, and data stays in the EU.
