The spreadsheet that fell apart
OriginA dubbing team in Warsaw ran three control rooms on one spreadsheet and a group chat. Then two double bookings happened in the same week. That's when we started writing our own tool.

The live calendar
BetaThe first version was a weekly calendar that updated itself, with a colour for each person. The studio told us plainly what didn't work, and we fixed it as we went.

Rewritten from scratch
v2We rewrote everything. Secure sign-in, hours and reports, private sessions for freelancers, the phone calendar and an English version all came in.

2026The app, its e-mails and the legal documents now speak English, Polish, German, French and Swedish. Everyone picks their own.

Every studio works a little differently. We set up rooms, session types and who sees whose schedule together with you, so it's right from day one. Write to us and we'll reply within one working day.

A short message is enough: your studio's name, how many people and how many rooms. We create the account and set up the rooms, usually the same day.

Invite your team
You give each person a temporary password. On first sign-in they choose their own and scan a QR code with their phone. No links in e-mails.

Work from one calendar
The whole team works from one calendar. Freelancers get the schedule on their phone, and you see hours and room usage without adding anything up.
