Studio booking and scheduling software: featuresEverything a
studio needs.
Room calendar
Day, week, month, or all rooms side by side. Drag a booking to a new time, or pull its bottom edge to make it longer.
Find a free slot
Say how long the session is and the calendar lists the next free openings across every room. Nights and holidays are skipped.
No more double bookings
A room can refuse a second booking for the same time. When you move a session, you see straight away if the room is taken or the engineer is off that day.
Private sessions
A freelancer sees their own sessions in full. Everyone else's shows as “Booked”, with no title or client. Same on their phone calendar.
Roles and room access
Owner, admin, manager, engineer, client, freelancer. For each person you choose which rooms they see, where they can book, and whether they can move other people's sessions.
Everyone sees the same thing
A change shows up for the whole team within a second, no refresh needed. You can also see who has the calendar open.
Hours and budgets
Hours add up on their own from the bookings. Give each person a monthly budget and see at a glance who is close to the limit.
Reports
Room usage, the team's weekly load, and a forecast for the weeks ahead. They work on a phone too.
Leave and holidays
Add holidays, absences and training per person, and days off once for the whole studio. The reason for an absence stays private. They show up whenever you pick a date.
Screen by the door
A TV in reception shows which rooms are free and which are in session. You can also print the day's plan, room by room.
In your phone's calendar
A private link adds sessions to Google, Apple or Outlook. It belongs to one person and stops working when their account is switched off.
Notifications
You see it straight away when someone adds you to a session, comments or mentions you. E-mails stay off until you switch them on.
Phone and desktop
On a phone, swipe between days and press and hold to move a booking. On a computer, use keyboard shortcuts.
Safe accounts
Everyone signs in with a password and a code from their phone. Data stays in the EU, and every change is logged.
Security
Safe by
default.
The studio administrator creates each account and hands over a temporary password. On first sign-in, each person connects their own phone. There are no sign-in links in e-mails, so there is nothing to phish.
Password and a phone code
That is how everyone signs in, no exceptions. If someone loses their password or phone, the studio administrator gets them back in. No reset e-mails.
Bots stay out
Automated sign-in attempts are stopped before a password is even checked.
Data in the EU
Servers are in the European Union. Data is encrypted in the database and on its way to you.
Change history
Who moved a session, who changed permissions, when and from where. It is all on record.
