Cookie Policy
v1.0.1Effective: 1 January 2026 · Last updated: 20 October 2026
Compliant with ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and GDPR
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your web browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and remember your language.
This Cookie Policy complies with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as amended, and GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Cookies that require consent are only activated after you have given your consent.
We use both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (stored for a defined period). The maximum lifetime of persistent cookies is 1 year.
2. Cookie categories

They cannot be disabled because they are needed to deliver the services you have requested (e.g. maintaining your login session). 2.2. Analytics and marketing
Not usedThe Service currently sets no analytics or marketing cookies - neither its own nor any third party's (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no retargeting). If that changes, those cookies will be listed in this policy and switched on only after you consent in the cookie banner.
In addition, the following is kept in your browser's storage (localStorage / sessionStorage), on your device only: your cookie choice (sf-cookie-consent), your acceptance of the Terms (sf-legal-consent), calendar and notification-sound preferences, and an access token valid for 15 minutes. None of it is sent to third parties.
3. How to manage cookies
You have several ways to manage cookies:
- Service settings - once logged in, manage cookie consents under Settings → Privacy.
- Cookie banner - on your first visit you can choose which cookie categories to accept.
- Browser settings - every browser allows you to block or delete cookies:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data (instructions)
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data (instructions)
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data (instructions)
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly, in particular maintaining your login session.
Withdrawing consent for optional cookies does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
4. Retention periods
- Session cookies - automatically deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies - stored for the period shown in the tables above, for no longer than 12 months from your last activity.
- Browser storage (localStorage) - kept until you sign out or clear your browser data.
After the retention period, cookies are automatically removed by the browser or by the Service at the next session.
5. Legal basis
This Cookie Policy is based on the following legislation:
- ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as amended - governs the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies in electronic communications networks.
- Art. 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act - Polish implementation of the ePrivacy Directive; requires user consent for storing or accessing information on terminal equipment, except for cookies strictly necessary to provide the requested service.
- GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) - applies to the extent that cookies process personal data (e.g. IP addresses, device identifiers).
